2.1 If the customer makes part payment towards an outstanding amount, it will be considered an acknowledgment of liability for the balance due.

2.2 The date of such part payment will reset the limitation period for recovering the remaining balance, as per Section 19 of the Limitation Act.

3. Applicability

3.1 These terms apply to all transactions involving credit sales, delayed payments, or any outstanding dues owed to the brand.

3.2 The brand reserves the right to initiate legal action within the revised limitation period, as reset under Sections 18 and 19.

4. Customer Obligations

4.2 If any acknowledgment or part payment is made, customers agree to these terms resetting the limitation period.

5. Jurisdiction
